    When your DLock is close to running out of battery, it cleverly signals you with a prominent red LED indicator. This visual cue serves as a proactive reminder to replace the battery soon. But that's not all – DLock goes the extra mile by granting you an additional 50 usage cycles once the low battery indicator appears.

Operating Instructions for DLock

Adding Fingerprints:

  1. For First-Time User (Administrator):
  2. Adding Additional Fingerprint (Administrator Verification Required):

Deleting Fingerprint:

  • Press and hold the setting button for 9 seconds until the blue light flashes, then release.
  • After 9 seconds, the red light flashes, and the green light appears, indicating successful factory reset.

Notes:

  1. Follow the English instructions provided for installation and setup.
  2. Actual item color may slightly vary from pictures due to monitor differences.
  3. Allow 1-2cm measuring deviation due to manual measurement.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
